my little corner of the internet to DISH on the latest happenings of my favorite TV shows! This blog is opinion based only, so read if you dare.
I saw this one on a re-run this morning and the women discussed Christmas cards and what to do for those who don't celebrate it. Do you send them a card that says "Happy Holidays", "Seasons Greetings" .... what? I just want to point out the hot trend over the past 4 or 5 years that people really do send out mostly photo cards. Is that what most of my readers do too? (are there any readers out there??). I want to poll this. These photo cards are mainly for people with children, to show you how their kids are growing, etc. And they are great!
What happened to the Christmas newsletter? I liked that trend and it went away slowly, now I am only seeing 2 or 3 of those newsletters every year. Also, what happened to the pretty box of cards with a beautiful scene on the front, those are a dying breed as well.
Regardless, this post is not so much about The View, as it is that their discussion really got me thinking - For numerous reasons, I feel sorry for those that aren't Christian and don't get to truly celebrate all the glory of Christmas time and the wonderful holidays. It's the GodMother's favorite time of year and I can't imagine a world without it!!! I am sad that the holidays are over :(
